HIVE Digital Strategy is growing quickly and because of that, we are actively looking to add an SEO & PPC Manager to our team. We are an Inbound Marketing Agency and Platinum HubSpot Partner Agency. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary industries are Education (including everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities), Health & Fitness (gyms, coaches, products, etc.), Consulting & Professional Services, and SaaS (software as a service).

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven, and technically strong SEO & PPC Manager to build, optimize, own, and report on search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising (Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, and Pinterest) campaigns for a variety of clients. This person will report directly to our Senior Account Manager and CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, build out, and execute on SEO and PPC plans for clients in a variety of industries
  • Stay ahead of trends and updates to ensure clients avoid issues (such as Google updates)
  • Optimize all PPC campaigns to yield the best possible CPA
  • Talk with clients in a language they understand (not SEO/PPC jargon) during reporting meetings and onboarding
  • Keyword/topic research and reporting

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of SEO and PPC experience
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and each PPC platform
  • Experience with a variety of PPC and SEO softwares such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Wordstream, etc.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Copywriter who has experience writing in a variety of industries and forms. You have the ability to communicate complex (and sometimes dry) topics in clear, concise, creative ways to a variety of audiences and the ability to capture the tone and voice of each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, conceptualize, write, proofread, and edit marketing copy for web, digital, social, email, video, and ad campaigns; ensure copy integrity and quality control
  • Deliverables to include blog posts, website copy, social media posts, eBooks, white papers, checklists, video scripts, GrowthPlans (digitals research and strategy documents), and more.
  • Work collaboratively with our team and the client to brainstorm concepts and coordinate content and design that fits into our overall marketing campaign strategies
  • Create copy for fully integrated programs, in support of the content strategy
  • Experience in analyzing and writing content to improve SEO

HIVE Digital Strategy is growing quickly and we have some very ambitious 2019 goals. Because of this we are actively looking to add a Senior Account Manager to our team. We are an Inbound Marketing Agency and Gold HubSpot Partner Agency. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary industries are Education (including everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities) and Health & Fitness (gyms, coaches, products, etc.).

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Senior Account Manager to bridge the gap between the agency and the client as well as each department within HIVE (copywriting, design, development, strategy, etc.). This person will report directly to our CEO and manage all content, strategy, and direction for our clients as well as our team of Junior Account Manager(s), copywriters, designers, developers, etc. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities:

  • This position would be the direct contact for a majority or all of our clients and be the liaison between the client and execution.
  • This person would also:
    • Assist with any execution that is in your wheelhouse (content writing, social, strategy, etc.)
    • Assist with HIVE marketing
    • Develop marketing strategy for all clients and HIVE
    • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables
    • Manage point/budget spends for clients, ensure points are used efficiently, and overages are minimized
    • Manage/eliminate scope creep
    • Evaluate profitability of clients
    • Be responsible for deliverable quality and timelines
      • Including giving feedback to team on work before presenting to clients
    • Build great relationships with clients
    • Ensure account renewal
    • Guide client decision making
    • Grow the business through upsells and new ideas
    • Train Junior Account Managers
    • Onboard new clients
    • Run monthly analytics and review meetings
    • Occasionally attend networking events or other events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (communication, journalism, advertising, etc.)
  • Minimum three years of agency experience
  • Minimum five years digital marketing experience
  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong organization and task management skills in order to ensure all deliverables are on track and delivered as promised

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Junior Account Manager to bridge the gap between the agency and the client as well as each department within HIVE (copywriting, design, development, strategy, etc.). This person will report directly to our Senior Account Manager and CEO, but will need to have great relationships with all clients and team members within HIVE. This is an entry-level, full-time position and necessary training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals
  • Foster team environment
  • Partner with execution teams (copy, design, development, strategy, PPC, social, etc) to deliver great content/execution
    • May be responsible for some execution as well
  • Work closely with Senior Management to develop strategies for current clients and new clients
  • Develop solid on-boarding strategies
  • On-board new clients
  • Management of client budgets, point spends, deadlines, and analytics
  • Develop new ideas to aid in success of client campaigns
